dFans Platform Rules

Although dFans advocates for openness, freedom, and decentralization, it still adheres to the legal requirements of various countries. Therefore, the platform rules are established as follows:

1. The platform reserves the right to cancel your access without any reason under the following circumstances, block your access by IP blocking, or refuse your registration:

   1. If your personal information is incomplete or untrue;

   2. In case of violation of these terms;

   3. As required by the rights and responsibilities management unit of this platform's operational location;

   4. If there is an account ownership transfer or trading without the platform's consent;

   5. In cases of infringement upon others' rights;

   6. In response to judicial or financial institution investigation procedures;

   7. In instances of any form of refund without the platform's consent (including, but not limited to, transaction denial or theft, etc.).

2. If you violate Article 1, Section 6 of these terms, the platform reserves the right to immediately terminate the services provided to you, and to close or delete your account. Additionally, in cases involving content related to child sexual exploitation, the platform will report to the relevant authorities in compliance with Article 8 of the Child Sexual Exploitation Prevention Ordinance and the iWIN self-discipline notification process.

3. If you violate any of these terms (other than Article 1, Section 6), the platform will notify you promptly to make necessary improvements. However, if you violate these terms three times, the platform reserves the right to immediately terminate the services provided to you and to close or delete your account.

4. You may request the platform to delete your member information and personal data. You agree that, once you request the deletion of all or part of your member data or personal data on this platform, the platform will permanently delete all your member data and personal data on this platform (including but not limited to purchased content, member data, personal data, browsing records, etc.) and that you cannot request restoration. However, the platform reserves the right to retain data necessary for business operations.
